We are one of the few ethical purebred, well bred Shiba Inu breeders in Ohio, conveniently located near Cincinnati. Our breeding program focuses on health, temperament, and structure to ensure the highest quality in every litter we produce.As active members of the Heart of Dixie Shiba Inu Fanciers and the Japanese Nihonken Hozonkai (NIPPO), we are deeply committed to the preservation and integrity of the Shiba Inu breed. To safeguard their well-being, we conduct thorough health testing on our Shibas, including evaluations for hip dysplasia, glaucoma, and luxating patellas (a condition where the kneecap dislocates).

Since then, we’ve been dedicated to showing our Shibas in AKC conformation events, training them, and thoughtfully breeding for health, temperament, and structure.In 2023, we were honored to welcome a Champion-titled Finnish Lapphund female into our home. Showing her in our spare time has been a rewarding experience, and we’ve enjoyed learning more about this wonderful breed.Our breeding philosophy focuses on always keeping a promising puppy from each litter to continue improving our kennel. While no dog or litter is ever perfect, we strive to select the best prospective puppy for our program, placing the remaining puppies in loving pet homes with limited AKC registration.If you’re interested in one of our puppies, we encourage you to follow our Facebook page for updates on availability. We’d love to speak with you to determine if your home is the right fit for one of our puppies. A reasonable deposit is required to secure your puppy, which will remain with us until we meet in person and finalize the remaining payment. Puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks old. During this time, you’ll receive regular updates, including photos, videos, and live video calls. Your puppy will also benefit from Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), socialization, and initial crate and potty training. Each puppy comes with a health guarantee and a spay/neuter agreement, completed via DocuSign after the deposit is paid.All of our breeding dogs are AKC-registered, OFA-certified (or have preliminary clearances), and Embark DNA-tested.
